Reading is Jawsome! Learn about sharks off the coast of Massachusetts with the Cape-Cod based Atlantic White Shark Conservancy
This program takes students through a series of true and false statements to address
some of the common misconceptions about sharks. Learn more about the growing population of Great White Sharks off our shores.
Recommended for kids grades 1st – 4th
No registration required.

Saugus Fire Department will visit the Saugus Iron Works, Wednesday July 12th at 9:30am!
Meet a fireman, get some fire safety tips, listen to a brief story, and hopefully, visit a fire truck!
Spider-Man at the Iron Works!
Thursday, June 29th, 10:30am at the Saugus Iron Works
Meet Spider-Man & Spider-Gwen! Listen to a Spidey story, get some hero training and take a photo with them!
Recommended for Ages 3+. Superhero dress up welcome!

We can’t wait for this year’s kids’ summer reading theme: Reading is Jawsome! Kids read the books they love, log their reading and win prizes! They’ll learn about sharks, and enjoy shark-themed programs, crafts and activities.
