Understanding Town Government

When: Thursday, October 23rd, 6:30 to 7:45 pm (repeats on October 27th)
Where: Community Room, Saugus Public Library, 295 Central Street.

Saugus has a unique form of Government. There is exciting new interest in the role of elected and appointed officials. This seminar, free of charge and open to any Saugus citizen, will present facts and information about these roles based on our unique governing document, the Saugus Town Charter.

This event will take place on October 23rd, 6:30 to 7:45 pm, in the Library’s Community Room. If you cannot make it that evening, the seminar will repeat on Monday, October 27th, same time and place.

There will be opportunity for audience questions and discussion. This is a non-partisan seminar that will not promote any particular issues or candidates.

The seminar will be led by veteran Saugus official Peter Manoogian who has served for over 40 years.
