Hoopla maintenance notice: November 10

We’re giving you a heads up: Hoopla will undergo planned maintenance on November 10 at 6:00 a.m. ET to support infrastructure improvements that keep the platform fast and reliable.

Here’s what to expect during the window: there may be brief, intermittent outages lasting less than 10 minutes in total. Patrons who try to log in may see an error message, but this isn’t an issue with their account or password, so we recommend they wait until maintenance is complete before trying again.
