Join us online for mindfulness meditation sessions on Tuesday evenings at 6:30 PM.
This is a free program, held via ZOOM, but registration is required. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to register. You will receive an email with the log-in information. Registration closes at noon on the day of the event.
You can participate from your personal computer, mobile device, or smart TV. For best results, download the Zoom app to your device.
The session will be led by Crayola Tidd, a certified mindfulness meditation teacher. Crayola has been leading our Zoom meditation classes since the pandemic began.
