The Yoga Experience: Yoga here or at home

We are living through remarkably stressful and impactful times. Lisa Poto and the Saugus Public Library offer an island of serenity and personal growth. Join us from 6:30 to 7:30 pm for a free, basic yoga class that is ideal for beginners.

You may participate either in-person or online.

If you are joining us in-person, we ask you to come to our Community Room and be ready to start at 6:30 pm sharp. Please bring your own yoga mat.

If you wish to join remotely, we recommend you download the Zoom app to your device.

Either way an initial registration is required. If you are already registered, we will be sending out an email around mid-day each Wednesday. If you haven’t registered, please send an email to sau@noblenet.org and type the word YOGA into the subject line. You will receive an email containing a link for the event prior to the class. Please register before 12 noon on the day of the event.

The Yoga Experience opens with a brief meditation, followed by a gentle warmup, some core strengthening, standing postures, and flexibility poses. Each session winds down with deep relaxation.
