Lisa Poto is returning in virtual space for a Zoom-based Yoga Experience on Wednesday, May 20th at 6:30 pm.
This 60-minute slow flow class opens with a brief meditation, followed by a gentle warmup, some core strengthening, standing postures, and flexibility poses. Each session winds down with deep relaxation.
This event will be held via Zoom. You can participate from your personal computer, mobile device, or smart TV. For best results, download the Zoom app to your device.
Registration is required and you must register separately for each weekly session.

Lisa Poto is a registered yoga teacher and a member of the Yoga Alliance. She graduated from Barre & Soul’s 200-hour yoga teacher training program.
