The Library’s Board of Trustees approved a revision to the Meeting Rooms Use Policy at its Nov. 10th meeting. The policy includes the following revisions:
-
Clarifies language pertaining to the fact that since the rooms are in great demand, private use (that is, use by non-library or Town of Saugus groups) is not allowed on a frequent or regularly-scheduled basis for any private group or individual. Therefore, groups which need the rooms for regular meetings are encouraged to investigate alternative sites for regularly-scheduled or frequent meetings.
-
Reorganizes the layout of the policy to ensure like clauses are listed together.
-
Corrects a couple of minor typographical errors.
