New Programs in April

We have a busy month ahead here in the Saugus Public Library children’s room!  Besides our regular programming, we also have:

 

STEM

Wednesday, April 9   Fun with STEM Sprouts   10am     Ages up to 4 years.

Join us for fun and simple STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) Activities.

Jointly presented by the Coordinated Family and Community Engagement grant and the Saugus Public Library.

To celebrate Brain Building in Progress Week.

Thursday, April 10     Good Guys PJ Story Time     6:30pm     Ages 4 years and up.

Bring your favorite guy (or gal) to the library for bedtime stories.  Come in PJs if you’d like!

Fun with math: bingo, estimation, bean bags,…and cookies!

JuJu the Clown and friends do clowning, magic, and face painting.

Come celebrate the earth and all its treasures with stories and a project.

During vacation week.

 

 

 

bubbleWednesday, April 23     Mike the Bubble Man      2pm     All ages.     Registration required.

Through music, choreography, and comedy, the Bubble Man makes bubbles come alive.

Sponsored by the Saugus Cultural Council.

zumbaFriday, April 25     Zumba!     2pm     Ages 4-11.     Registration required.

Come exercise and have fun with a Zumba! instructor.

poetrySaturday, April 26     You are a Poet (and Now You Know It!)   1pm     Grades 2 and up.

Celebrate National Poetry Month by reading and writing poems.
