Start your summer off right at the MFA’s annual Memorial Day Open House. This year the MFA offers free admission, including access to “Van Gogh: The Roulin Family Portraits,” for Massachusetts residents.

Begin your day with drop-in art making on the Huntington Lawn. Gather inspiration from The Knowledge Keepers, an installation of two life-sized sculptures gilded in shimmering platinum and representing contemporary local Indigenous stewards, to create your own embossed metal artwork. 

Continue your visit with guided tours, Spotlight Talks, music, dance, and so much more!

And don’t forget….the Saugus Public Library offers discount e-coupons for the Museum of Fine Arts for those days when admission isn’t free. The e-coupon allows admission for two people admission at $10 a piece (a savings of up to $17! each).
