Monday Feb 10, 2020 at 6:30 we will be offering Mindfulness Meditation. If you have been curious about meditation, this class will provide an introduction. Many people who practice mindfulness meditation find that over time it calms the mind and reduces stress.
Then there’s our ongoing yoga class. Many people who practice yoga’s combination of breathing exercises, meditation and poses find it increases strength & flexibility and reduces stress.
On January 16th we had a Tai Chi Class led by Leda Elliott of Thousand Cranes Studio.
