Hoopla believes that the issues experienced by some patrons over the weekend have now been resolved. Most issues were mitigated late Saturday night, 2/1/2020, so patrons were able to borrow and read, watch, or listen to previously borrowed content. A new code release went live early this morning (2/3/2020) designed to eliminate any remaining patron-facing issues and it is working well.
