Our Food for Fines program is drawing to a close. If you want to take advantage of this chance to reduce your fines without paying for it, you have until the close of business on Thursday, Feburary 28th. Patrons who owe fine money can bring in boxed or canned food items as well as toiletries (toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc.). We will reduce your fine by $1.00 for each item you donate. No expired items, please. The donated items will be given to a local food pantry. It’s a win-win proposition!

While Food for Fines is ending, we will continue to collect food items for the local pantry year-round. The collection bin is located in our main lobby opposite the Circulation Desk.
