Borrow ebooks and audiobooks with LEA

If NOBLE doesn’t have the ebooks and audiobooks you are looking for, try outside the NOBLE system. On the OverDrive website, select the Partner Libraries menu at the top of the screen to jump to another consortium and login using your NOBLE card.

Thanks to a new program called LEA (Library eBooks and Audiobooks,) Saugus residents now have access to thousands of eBooks and audiobooks from across the Commonwealth. Powered by Overdrive, LEA makes it possible for you to borrow eContent from all library networks in Massachusetts regardless of your home library.

With LEA, you can access eBooks, audiobooks, and more from libraries across the Commonwealth using your phone, tablet, or eReader. There are 345 partnering libraries with an estimated collection of over 350,000 eBooks and audiobooks.

Using it is easy: first search for the title you’re looking for in the NOBLE catalog. If you don’t find it, you can check to see if another network has it available, and request a loan if it is. Users can log into all eight participating networks using your home library card, allowing access to thousands of books that were previously unavailable.

You can start using LEA today at OverDrive.
