Life can be challenging and painful. We all know that. If you are looking for help, we’ve put together a small display we hope can provide you with information and resources you can use.

This collection contains books on topics such as divorce, alcoholism, suicide, mental health issues, gender identity, and other sensitive topics. These items can be borrowed anonymously without being checked out and can be kept for as long as they are needed. Return your book to this shelf whenever you feel ready. [Or just keep it.] It’s up to you.

Libraries are cornerstones of information but we also strive for privacy and confidentiality.  We are here to help you find the resources you need without judgment. Every day we help people find assistance and information resources here at the library, and we often refer folks to other outside resources in the community, and it is all, as always, confidential.

Our Confidential Corner is discreetly located on the 2nd floor of our building, near the rear right of the building where the adult nonfiction and fiction stacks meet, around the corner from the biographies.
