We are open!

The Saugus Public Library is now open for in-person browsing, reading, and computer use. No appointments necessary.

Face coverings are optional for vaccinated individuals and required for unvaccinated individuals. Additionally, social distancing is required in the Library as in other Town buildings. Patrons are also urged to make liberal use of our hand sanitizer stations and/or handwashing facilities. This will help keep everyone safe.

For the time being, we will not be hosting meetings or events in our building. We will continue offering several programs over Zoom and there will be several outdoor programs this summer.

Some areas of the building are temporarily unavailable to patrons, including the Children’s Play Area and Community Room.

We are now open on our Summer schedule:

  • Monday thru Thursday, 9 am to 8 pm

And

  • Friday, 9 am to 2 pm

We are grateful to Town management and to our patrons for their support. Welcome back to YOUR Library!
