Liz will show you how to steam a lobster for the best tasting results. Then she’ll demonstrate how to make a delicious recipe featuring the lobster tail.
Next you’ll need something special to drink with that lobster! Liz will shake up the perfect cocktail/mocktail to go along with your New England lobster tail recipe.
Liz Barbour has been cooking professionally in the Boston area since 1992 and started The Creative Feast in 2004. She shares her skills as a working chef and entertaining communicator, whose relaxed and humorous attitudes toward food demystify the cooking process. Sit back and watch while Liz prepares and presents a delicious treat for you and your friends to enjoy.
