The Board of Library Trustees voted last evening to approved a revised Customer Service Policy. The newer version contains some altered language which better emphasizes main points and cleans up some syntactical inconsistencies. What that really means is that we tweaked the wording a bit so it makes more sense and reads better. This policy is intended to define how we aspire to treat you, the patron, and provide top-notch service. The real value of a library lies not in its collections or services, but in how well we treat our patrons and how effectively we serve them.
