Mindfulness @ the SPL: The Yoga Experience – NEW DATES

Back by popular demand. A free, basic yoga class that is ideal for beginners. This 60-minutes slow flow class opens with a brief meditation, followed by a gentle warmup, some core strengthening, standing poses, and flexibility poses.  Each session ends with deep relaxation.
