Join us at the library to reinforce those New Year’s Resolutions for a healthier, less stressed you!

On Thursday Jan 16, 2020 at 6:30 please join us for an introduction to Tai Chi. This mild form of exercise can improve flexibility, muscle strength and balance.

Monday Feb 10, 2020 at 6:30 we will be offering Mindfulness Meditation. If you have been curious about meditation, this class will provide an introduction. Many people who practice mindfulness meditation find that over time it calms the mind and reduces stress.

Then there’s our ongoing yoga class. Many people who practice yoga’s combination of breathing exercises, meditation and poses find it increases strength & flexibility and reduces stress.
